Steel pallets,
on a deposit system
We have invested in steel pallets of various sizes to ensure that we have the best possible support and protection for our products during storage and transportation.
These pallets are available to our distributors and account customers on a deposit system. We recommend taking advantage of this method of product support to minimise damage to the products — especially the board products, which are easily damaged.
The steel pallets are expensive and need to be controlled as for any other stock item. Pallets and bangalalas will be invoiced out when despatched, and credited on return.

How it works
Out with the load,

Pallets are treated as a stock item on your account. Return them and the value comes back to you.

Invoiced on despatch
Pallets and bangalalas leaving with your order are invoiced out, the same as any other stock item on your account.

Listed on the return form
Complete form Q159 with the items you are sending back, so everything returned is accounted for against your account.

Credited on return
Once the pallets are back with us, a credit is passed against your account for the items returned.
